Abstract

This article provides a comparative legal analysis of the legislation of the subjects of the Far Eastern Federal District in the hunt. Analyzes the regulation provisions such as types of hunting, types of hunting resources, types of commercial hunting resources, timing parameters hunting, etc. Is considered an urgent problem in the implementation of the hunting public hunting areas and compared allocation procedure permits for hunting resources in the regions of the Far Eastern Federal District. The main provisions of the regional normative-legal acts are considered from the standpoint of their function as a complete and comprehensive regulation arising in the field of legal hunting specific to the region.
